On Monday evening, a security alert at General Enrique Mosconi International Airport in Comodoro Rivadavia forced the suspension of boarding for a flight to Buenos Aires. The incident occurred after a suspicious package was discovered within the airport. This event unfolded during the regular flow of passengers and airport staff. Some passengers were already on the plane while others were preparing to board when security procedures were initiated, abruptly halting the boarding process. The situation created moments of uncertainty for those involved. According to police sources cited by Diario Jornada, the suspicious object was a box filled with small stones. It had been collected by a passenger who, after being informed he could not take it on the plane, abandoned it. The flight to Buenos Aires eventually departed as scheduled.
